Caution: Please make sure before pressing the Reset button you have enough information about your Internet connection. Like Router IP, DNS, Gateway etc etc.
Along with the ZXOR2 recomemndation, Can you please check the Software of your machine. If possible try to re-install the S/W for your Wireless device.
Can you please Just Use Google for the said Reason.
