If you can boot into Windows go to Start|Run|Type "msconfig" and bring up the system configuration utility. Select startup and look at the programs that load when booted and determine which ones you DO NOT need to load when you boot. Unselect those programs one at a time to see …
Remove the battery or re-set the CMOS jumper to clear the CMOS. resart and boot into DOS mode (F8) to see it you have any drivers that hang when starting.
