on boot up, hit F8, from the options select enable VGA mode. problem solved ;) -Digital
have to agree, the best way to do this is a fresh install, back up your data to a spare drive, format the drive you want to install on. and boot off the CD and install, then pull your data back over if needed.. -Digital

what software are you using?
done some searching and didnt find anything, best bet at this point is to e-mail there tech support, i have had a few issues in the past, both times got a response within an hour. -Digital
