The Folder Option is missing both in the Control Panel and Tools Menu. What might had caused this problem? Is there any solution to this? Tnx in advanced Gurus!!

I really need your help about this certain trojan named StartPage-AX. It keeps on pestering my pc by popping-out almost every several seconds. I've got McAfee Virus Scan but still it wont help cleaning/deleting the file infected. What should i do now??:sad:
